The cable reel device is used for cable reeling and releasing of cables when the big machine is traveling. Each machine is equipped with two sets of power and control cable reel units, which are placed on the tail car. At the same time, the power cable reel and the power cable reel are respectively equipped with too loose and too tight switches, when the cable reel is too loose or too tight, the corresponding switch triggers, through the PLC system to prohibit the big machine to do the traveling movement, so as to avoid damage to the cable reel.
