Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, Morteng is the large manufacture ,our logistic team will make packages according to specific order, we always use high quality export packaging. Your order will be shipped in wooden carton made by plywood or paper carton according to actual needs, but with both way we will ensure the product safety.
What is your terms of delivery?
EXW will be the most cases, you can issue a forwarder to pick up the goods when finished.
How about your delivery time?
Generally, for the brushes order its will take 1-2 weeks after receiving your payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Can you produce according to the samples?
Yes, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings. Most of time we are produce according the drawing, so ,if you have a sample or a drawing we could offer to you the same quality products.
What is your sample policy?
We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, we have 100% test before delivery, and we will provide quality certificates and also the testing report. We also have our own CANS lab

Are you are factory or trading company?
We are a manufacturer specialized in producing carbon brushes, brush holder and slip rings. Morteng is qualified with Internatioal ISO 9001 / 14001/ 45001 / 16949 , pls check our certificates on website.
If my order the quantity is small can you produce?
Yes. At any time please discuss with us, we will support as much as we can.
If there is a problem with carbon brush then how can i do ?
Please don’t worry.You can send us the email or the picture. We will give you a satisfactory solution. We do have our engineer team for all international clients globally.
How can I place the order.
Please send PO to us, by email : Tiffany.song@morteng.com / Simon.xu@morteng.com we will make a PI for you, and we will send you the drawing for your confirmation after your payment received. And we will start production after get your approval of the drawing.
When can we have your quotaiton.
Quotation will be sent in 24-48 hours if your requirements is clear for a quotaiton.
How about the shipping fees?
The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the quickest but also most expensive way. By seafreight is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way. Please contact us for further information.
