Brief introduction

This carbon brush is an accessory of a lightning protection carbon brush device for wind turbines, which includes a brush body, a wire holder, a terminal, and a compression spring cover. The arc groove on the top of the carbon brush is composed of plastic and resin, which has a good buffering effect to prevent the pressure spring from directly contacting the carbon brush and damaging the carbon brush. During installation, the carbon brush is inserted into the chute of the carbon grip, the upper end of the spring is pressed against the arc groove on the top of the carbon brush, and the lower end of the carbon brush is in frictional contact with the rotating shaft. The four wires are all connected with the front end cover through the connection terminal at the other end. It avoids the lead wire that is too long and is not conducive to installation, and has good lightning protection and shaft voltage elimination effects.
