For the high-speed data transmission scheme, a unique technical route is adopted to design a data transceiver module that can stably and reliably transmit high-speed data signals.
For the large-diameter copper rings in the slip ring system, copper alloys were selected through material analysis and formed based on the forging processing technology.
For the insulating seat of the large-diameter slip ring in the slip ring system, through material analysis and finite element simulation of various physical properties, insulating materials with higher comprehensive physical properties were studied, and a rapid prototyping process was proposed based on this material.
For the carbon brushes for signal and power transmission in the slip ring system, through the research on each element in the material and their ratios, and based on new processes and multiple performance tests, a new type of carbon brush has been formed.
