The Beijing International Wind Energy Congress & Exhibition (CWP 2025), held from October 20-22, has successfully concluded, and we at Morteng are incredibly grateful for the vibrant discussions and overwhelming interest at our booth. It was a privilege to showcase our core products for the green energy sector—carbon brushes, brush holders, and slip rings—alongside global wind energy leaders.
Our exhibition space became a dynamic hub, attracting a steady stream of professional visitors, representatives from global energy enterprises, industry authorities, and technical engineers. Through multi-media demonstrations, physical product displays, and in-depth explanations from our technical team, we systematically presented Morteng’s profound technical expertise and comprehensive capabilities in the wind energy sector.
The 16MW Offshore Slip Ring System emerged as a major highlight, sparking intense technical discussions for its innovative approach to solving core challenges in high-capacity turbines. This system truly underscored our R&D leadership in critical wind power components. The atmosphere was buzzing with energy, culminating in the exciting moment of securing on-site contracts with international clients—a testament to Morteng International’s over-a-decade-long dedication to the global market and our established reputation as a bulk supplier to leading international wind turbine OEMs.
Focusing on the industry’s core demands for efficient transmission, stable operation, and low maintenance costs, we proudly presented our three benchmark solutions:
The 11MW Yaw Slip Ring: Engineered to eliminate traditional maintenance headaches, this solution offers a true maintenance-free rotation. It features ultra-high-power transmission with a rated current of up to 6000A, meeting the stringent demands of mainstream and high-power turbines. Its exceptional electrical performance, with industry-leading low contact resistance, maximizes conductivity and ensures minimal energy loss.
The Offshore 16MW Slip Ring System: Designed to break the megawatt bottleneck, this system represents a leap in high-power technology. Through an integrated innovative design of the slip ring, brush holder, and carbon brush, it achieves a dual breakthrough in current-carrying capacity and heat dissipation. Key features include a dual-conductor ring structure and an optimized brush holder with a unique fixing design, all powered by our self-developed CT50T carbon brushes.
The Slip Ring Auto-Restoration Unit: This innovative maintenance solution addresses long-term operational challenges. It enables quick functional recovery of key components on-site, drastically reducing downtime, eliminating the need for complex hoisting, and cutting comprehensive maintenance costs. Post-restoration performance recovers to over 95% of new parts.
With over 20 years of deep technical development and a strategic layout across wind power, industrial applications, rail transit, medical equipment, and engineering machinery, Morteng is committed to a dual-driven development model of core technological innovation and multi-scenario application.
CWP 2025 was more than just an exhibition; it was a powerful declaration of our commitment to driving high-quality industry growth through innovation and open collaboration. We extend our sincere thanks to every visitor, partner, and friend who joined us.
The future is green, and Morteng will continue to focus on core technology, deepen strategic synergies with global wind energy partners, and provide ever more efficient and reliable products to empower the global low-carbon energy transition.
